For Post-graduate,  Diploma and Certificate Courses, we have three intakes in the academic year for you to choose from; i.e. January, May, and September. Each intake might have a different set of programs offered.

For Short Certificate Courses, intakes are monthly (through out the year.)

You can Download the attachment which you will fill offline and send to admissions@rit.ac.ug or return to us at our campus. Application forms can also be picked from our offices in Goma, Misindye.

1. Either: An O-Level Certificate

2. At least one Principal pass at A-level and two subsidiaries, or

3. OR: A certificate in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

One should have passed at least 3 subjects at U.C.E

1. Photocopies of all educational certificates and relevant academic documents.
2. A copy of the receipt of application fees; UGX 50,000/= (for Post Graduate, Degree, Diploma & HEC Certificate, and UBTEB / DIT Certificate Courses) UGX 30,000/= (Short Courses); this is non-refundable
3. Three (3) Passport size photographs
4. A copy of a Valid Identity Card (National, Passport, or former School ID preferred)
